January 8, 2008: My Starting PointCheck out his story!

Today I made the decision to make getting into shape a top priority in my life. I have plenty of weight to lose and I know that the Body Transformation Challenge is an opportunity of a lifetime since I am already ordering Forté and the M2. I weighed in at 323.6 pounds. Oh my God, I’m only 27! I was more prepared to see 300 pounds.

March 21, 2008: I’m Halfway There

I have cut back on all sodas, not drinking as much alcohol and joined my local gym. I am eating healthier food like oatmeal, Special K along with two shakes a day rather than eating fast food, including pizza. Being a little over two months into my get fit plan, I am already noticing changes in my face, neck and chest. My waist size started at 43 ¾”, but today the tape measure is showing 40″. The scale shows 276 pounds; I’ve lost 47 pounds!* This is progress!

June 30, 2008: My Results

I feel amazing! I am in shock that the scale weighs in at 249 pounds. I have lost almost 75 pounds since January. My stomach is 16 inches smaller, I have lost more than 5 inches from my waist, and 3 inches from my biceps.* For the first time in my life, my body is reaping the benefits from receiving proper nutrition and nourishment while taking the Diet products. Now my results are a tribute to the mindset that I’m not going on a diet, I’m making a lifestyle change to live healthier. My goal for the remainder of 2008 is to lose 100 pounds, and today I realized that I am well on my way to achieving that goal!

Success tips:

  1. Modify the shakes to fit your needs.
  2. Stay committed. Don’t look at this diet in a time frame, but more of a lifestyle change. That’s what’s going to make you successful and be the best for your health.
  3. Really pay attention to the foods you eat. I added a lot more chicken and egg whites to my regular diet because they’re low-calorie and high-protein. Portion control, eating smaller meals throughout the day and drinking lots of water help too.

My weight loss reward: Depending on where I place, we might take a trip.
