Small Group Workouts- These workout groups are available to our continuing beginning and intermediate level clients as a way to continue exploring “The Pilates System”. These workouts incorporate all of the pilates equipment. It’s a fun and efficient way to workout. 4 PERSON LIMIT

Mat Classes follow the traditional mat order as handed down from Joseph Pilates. Mat work is an essential piece of the pilates method, one which challenges, inspires, and pushes clients towards a greater understanding of the possibilities of their body. Mat classes are a fun way to feel group energy and a dynamic flow.
